Our services
for startups
Whether AI, Robotics or CleanTech - we want your startup to really take off! It's more than just flexibly expandable offices with an internet connection. In order to drive your innovations forward, you will receive advice from experienced coaches and valuable input from Academy workshops.
Offices
As a founder at the gate, you have access to offices ranging from 20 to 100 square meters. Depending on the development of your team, you can increase or decrease the space later on - because we believe that rental agreements for dynamic companies should be flexible.
Conference rooms
Our rooms offer space for professional meetings with your team. You can choose between three different sizes, which are suitable for both small meetings and groups of up to 60 people.
Coaching & Academy
No matter if it's strategy or leadership - our coaches will advise you individually. They have industry knowledge and experience from numerous sessions with the startups at the gate. You will also learn what it takes to really scale your idea in Academy workshops on customer acquisition, financing, team building and more.

Garching near Munich is not Munich. But at the research campus, you work right next to UnternehmerTUM and MakerSpace. Around 17,000 students are in your neighborhood because the Technical University of Munich (TUM) is just a few minutes' walk away from our startup center. Shareholders
There are six shareholders involved in the gate. In addition, our support is funded by the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy in order to strengthen Germany as an industral location.
20 years of experience
The gate has been growing since 2002 at the Garching university campus. We recently celebrated 20 years of experience, with 342 funded startups, a 98% success rate of alumni and excitement for future success stories.
