Qualifying Criteria

You are in the right place if...

  • At the gate, we focus on tech-startups. In order to rent a startup office from us, your idea should involve a technical innovation combined with a scalable business model in a growing market.
  • We don't focus on a specific industry. Many of your new neighbors are active in the fields of CleanTech, MedTech, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Industry 4.0 as well as IT/software development.
  • Your founding team consists of several persons who together hold the majority of the shares, and your company has been established no more than three years ago.
  • The office space at the gate will be your new headquarters, where you as founders will be right there.
